This is a private upper end unit overlooking the beauty of over 800 feet of incredible sandy Lake Huron beachfront. This intimate condo is well supplied with a full kitchen, and plenty of linens and towels. With the comfortable queen bed and additional ivory queen sized sofa bed, this is the perfect getaway for either a couple or family of four. Inside, enjoy amenities such as two cable televisions with remotes, a VCR, selection of books, bedroom ceiling fan, binoculars and air conditioning.
Huron Sands condominium complex is spacious, spread out and well cared for. There is an on site laundry room, and detergent and fabric softener are available in the condo. Enjoy amazing views from the extensive decking and sitting areas. Also on site are plenty of grills, picnic tables, fire pits, and even a boardwalk leading to the sandy beach.
Walk next door to play a round of miniature golf. You may even walk to the mouth of the mighty AuSable River. This is one of the country's premier rivers for canoeing, tubing and fishing. Besides all of the water sports, enjoy plenty of great golfing. The huge Huron National Forest is another popular spot. Located inside the condo is a detailed list of area destinations and activities.

The condominium rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
A $100.00 security deposit is required when placing your reservation. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages, and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded. If you cancel your reservation giving more than seven days notice, the security deposit wil be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than seven days notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit is also forfeited if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condominium.

From the Detroit area, travel on I-75 north, to the Standish exit for US=23. Continue north approximately 55 miles to Oscoda. Your numbered parking space for unit #208 is located near the flight of steps leading up to the condominium.
