Located 1 mi north of Vineyard Haven (where the ferry arrives) on the road to West Chop, an area of estates, stone walls, shady lanes, Mink Meadows golf club and W Chop lighthouse. On popular route for joggers, bicycles, walkers, mopeds. Walk 3/10 mi to public beach at Vineyard Haven yacht Club. Parking 2 cars, small yard in rear with seats and table, grill. Smoking OK outdoors only. No pets. On public bus rte, near library. Suits adult couple or 2 friends-- beds on different floors. Sheets provided but bring own towels and phone. Weekly rentals preferred but will book 3 or more nights as season progresses.

Full kitchen with basic cookware, dishes, glassware, appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove. Outdoor grill. Air conditioning in summer. Color TV and VCR, radio. Furnished with bedding and linens provided.
Beaches, shopping, bicycling, cinema, sightseeing, charter boats, restaurants, 'Black Dog' tavern, 'Bunch of Grapes' bookstore.
$1000/week or $160/night in May and Oct;
$1200/week or $200/night in June and Sept;
$1400/week or $250/night in July and August

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Send e-mail or call to hold dates. Will send out short contract, map and information. Return it with check for 1/2 total, pay other 1/2 on arrival. Deposits refunded if cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance or if we are able to rent the period to someone else.
