We own 2 beautiful rental properties on beautiful Kiawah Island, South Carolina: a 2 bedroom beachside Windswept townhouse and a 2 bedroom Turtle Cove villa. Both are recently renovated, refurnished and professionally decorated. Both are very spacious--about 1200 square feet. The Windswept sleeps 6 with a king bed, 2 twins and a queen sofa sleeper. The Turtle Cove sleeps 8 with a king bed, 2 twins and 2 queen sofa sleepers (one in the living room and one in the sunroom). Both have 2 large TVs, 2 VCRs, very nice stereo systems and washers/dryers. The kitchens are fully equipped. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms. The Turtle Cove also has a sunroom. 2 large TVs, 2 VCRs, stereo systems, washer/dryers. Full Kiawah Island Resort priveleges are provided including free use of all the Resort pools, one hour of tennis free per day, use of the Resort fitness center and Island Shuttle and lower Resort guest rates for golf, canoeing, kayaking, nature programs, kids camp etc. we also provide 2 to 4 adult bikes for your free use.
Our Turtle Cove is on the second floor of a 2 story building. Our Windswept is a 2 story townhouse with the 2 bedrooms on the second floor.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

We ask for a $200 deposit; $400 deposit for summer.
Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your trip; after that the deposit is refundable if we can rerent the time. Reserve early as we book fast.

General Rental Information
|
Check in, arrival/departure cleaning, linens, towels, soaps and 24 hour on-site maintenance is provided. The resort staff is there 24 hours per day to help you in any way they can.

Check in is at the Kiawah Island Resort East Beach Village Registration. You will be given a confirmation number and information as to how to check in. When you check in, you will be given the card keys, Resort ID cards and an activities schedule.
