The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with twin beds, and a sleeper queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, a wet bar, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including dish washer, ice maker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, range, full size refrigerator. The dinette table seats six comfortably. There is a great and soothing view of the lagoon from our private balcony. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens are provided.
Second Floor, end unit (quiet), near tennis courts, lagoon view, 4 minute walk to pool and ocean through the resort, pro shop, coin operated laundromat, bike rentals.
Shopping, fantastic restaurants, golf, boating, swimming, Adventure Cove.
Nov to Feb - $485 per week ($90 per night)

Holidays - $850 per week (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July)
FALL SPECIALS - $480 per week; $285 for 3 day rental)

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

$250 deposit required within 7 days of booking. Full balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation less that 45 days prior to arrival date may result in the loss of your rental deposit if we cannot re-rent the property.
