This cottage is very private, has large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, completly furnished, waher, dryer, large bar with stools, dinning area. Large screened in front Porch, back deck with gas grill, table, umbrella. Has walk in closets in all the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, one has twin beds. Master bedroom has bath. Large TV, VCR, and Fans. Central Air, and heating. All linens are furnished. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES, PAPER PRODUCTS, GARBAGE BAGS, LAUNDRY SUPPLIES; ARE FURNISHED FOR WEEKLY RENTERS.
WILL RENT TO YOUNT MATURE ADULTS.

Close to many golf courses, 5 minutes away, 3 MINUTES from Cherry Grove Beach, within 3 to five minutes from many resturants, and fast food places. Mayjor attractions are 10 minutes away, such as Broadway at the Beach, Alabama Theater, Dixie Stamped, Dicks, Carolina Opera. Fishing Pier is 10 minutes away. Golf courses, such as Tidwater, River Hills, Possem Trot, are five minutes away.

Cancellation must me 40 days prior to booking. 1/2 of rent will be withheld from refund if less than 40 days.

Renters will be responsiable for cleaning the cottage prior to check out. Deposit will be fully refunded within 5 days after check out poviding no damage to premises.
