Enjoy the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico from the large screened lanai. You'll feel the tropical breezes when the sliding doors are opened the full length of the living room and bedroom. We are on the quiet side of the Sundial Beach Resort -- just steps to the beach, pools, restaurants and tennis courts.

TV with cable and VCR, phone, air conditioning, stereo/CD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, disposal, linens provided, washer/dryer in building, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella, "noodles", coolers and a flashlight for those romantic walks on the beach at night.
The resort has many amenitites, including 5 heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi spa, 12 tennis courts,3 restaurants, a deli, game room, and a poolside bar. There is also an elevator in the building.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
To confirm your reservation a $300.00 deposit is required, payable by credit card or check (10% of total rate for bookings of 4 weeks or more). The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more). Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the Island). Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $30.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of fewer than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation.
