Deposit- 20% with a minimum of USD $400.00 due with the return of contract. Final payment due 90 days before arrival. By cash, check, or us travlers checks.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation- Full refund, less administration fee of USD$75.00, if cancellation is received in writing 90 days before arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 90 days before arrival, no refund will be issued unless we are able to rent the unit for your entire reserved time.
