The 19th floor of Ocean Forest Plaza's shore side is the perfect angle to soak in the beach and the northern shoreline. You will spend a lot of time just staring out onto the Atlantic Ocean. This condo has a living room with a full size sofa bed, a large comfy chair, cable TV, stereo, and VCR. There is a beautiful view of the beach from any where in this room. The window to the balcony is the full length and height of the ocean side wall. There is also a fully-equipped kitchenette, which includes everything you would need to enjoy a quiet day in the condo. The Bedroom is furnished with two double size beds, Mirrored Vanity and Sink, cable TV, and separate bathroom entrance.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

One-half of the total rent is due within 7 days after you make the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by credit card, check or money order in US currency. The following rules apply to cancellations: - A cancellation greater than four weeks in advance: Full refund of your deposit (minus a $50 fee) - A cancellation less than four weeks in advance: Full refund of your deposit if the dates are rented (minus a $50 fee). If we are unable to re-rent the property, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
