This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath home is 3 blocks from the ocean and a casual short walk to restaurants, amusement parks, water park, clubs, miniature golf and the beach. The house is centrally located in the heart of Windy Hill. Inside, there is a family room furnished with a full size sofa, TV w/cable, VCR and stereo. The house has central heat and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, all of which make it perfect for longer stays. The fully equipped, full size kitchen and dining room can accommodate eight people at the table and is fully equipped with glasses, cups, dishes, pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Local phone calls and Linen provided for free. There is a large yard and a Gas Grill is provided for your use.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

One-half of the total rent is due within 7 days after you make the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by credit card, check or money order in US currency.
