This 3 1/2 bedroom home is a casual short walk to restaurants, amusement parks, water park, clubs, miniature golf and the beach. The house is centrally located in the heart of Windy Hill, and is just 5 blocks to the ocean. Inside, there is a large family room with a vaulted ceiling, Sleeper Sofa, cable TV, VCR and stereo. The house has two full baths, one located off the family room and the other by the bedrooms. The extra large kitchen can accommodate eight people at the table and is fully equipped. The 3 1/2 bedrooms are fully furnished. Master bedroom has a Queen Bed & Cable TV, 2nd bedrooms has a Full Size Bed, 3rd bedroom has two Twin Size Beds and the last has one Twin Size Bed. Outside, there is a large fenced in back yard and an open front yard. The back yard is equipped with a picnic table and gas grill. The front yard has a sunny deck for relaxing.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

One-half of the total rent is due within 7 days after you make the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by credit card, check or money order in US currency.
